Vitamin deficiency

You are eating a balance diet then also you have vitamin deficiency. Check your R.O-T.D.S of water. Then check your kitchen if it’s in south east-direction, than its very good, as in morning sun rays will enter your kitchen. This will make you and your food packed with vitamins.

Second best option is in North West. but your gas stove should not be in North direction.

Always a cook must face toward East while cooking.

If your kitchen is in North, West ,East, South, North-East, South-West don’t worry, it can be change. Its position virtually can be shifted towards south East or North West, just to balance energy.
